Maintain a Routine Life to stay Fit!

If you want to stay fit and also want to lose weight you must have to maintain a routine life. That is one of the key point to be fit and lose weight. I think very few people actually maintain a routine life. As a weight conscious person, I try to strictly maintain routine life.

As far as I know, famous people always start their day very early in the morning and also go to bed early. They take their meals in a fixed time and take meal in a proper amount. Fit people also do exercise regularly and take fewer calories from their foods. Drink plenty of water (at least 10 glass daily). Take veggies and fruits every day. Pray their prayer (perform Salat) regularly or do meditation. Sleep 8 hours at night and take proper rest. Also those people do not do smoking or drinking (alcohol).

They do small household works besides their other tasks. They also have pre-planned work schedule for their work. They plan their work before-hand and maintain the schedule.
