Foods that are prohibited to lose weight

The following foods you must not take if you want to lose weight or maintain weight (based on your age).

  • Sweet foods
  • Ice cream
  • Chocolate
  • Fried foods
  • Beef
  • Potato
  • Sugar
  • Any high calorie food
  • Soft drinks
  • Hard drinks
  • Creamy foods (like butter,mayonnaise,cheese,cream)
  • Oily foods

If you take rice then take limited amount according to a dietitian.

Avoid sugar in your tea or juice.

Fruits like Mango, Chicku, Pomegranate, and Custard Apple must be taken in a limited amount.

These foods are not suggested to take everyday to lose weight. But you can take little amount once in a week.
