1. Take breakfast regularly at a fixed time in morning: If you skip your breakfast it will slow down your metabolism and you will lose stamina and memory.
2. Don’t Starve: Try to eat whatever healthy food you get and don’t be hungry for a long time.
3. Have smaller meals frequently: Take smaller meals frequently to boost up your metabolism and get energy. Do Portion control of your food and take foods 5-6 times in a day. If you take fewer 1,000 calories in a day, then your metabolism will be slow down.
