Do you know the best time for workout? After research it has been proven that morning (before breakfast) is the best time to do exercise. There is no food in your stomach at that time. And so, you will burn calories from your stored fat in your body. As a result, you can burn more calories than other time and will get more impact.
But it is better to do workout other time than not do anytime.
For my case, I never get time in the morning. So, I usually do workout in the evening. But remember to finish your workout before 4 hrs of sleep at night.
