Are you frustrated with your large sized,unshaped abs? You can cut it off if you do exercises for abs with cardio exercises. If you think that your abs will be flat by doing only cardio exercise,then you are wrong. One way to do abs exercise is : you warm up your body for 10-30 mins and then do abs exercises. I will discuss other technics later.
